Welcome to our membership renewal information page. Below you will find membership renewal forms for Regular Members, Lifetime Members, and Associate Members. Please download the form specific to your type of membership. In addition, below is a link to our PayPal payment link if you would like to pay online with your credit card. When paying with a credit card there is a small processing fee. Please refer to the fee schedule on the form. The fee is based on your subtotal which includes your membership dues, donations, NEW magazine subscription, and late fee, if applicable.
Our membership forms are fillable and can be completed on your computer. For your convenience, you can complete the form online and email it to the treasurer at: bitterroottreasurer@gmail.com and pay electronically via PayPal (link below).

Membership Renewal Deadlines:
| Date | Description |

| Aug 1st | Membership renewals begin being emailed and mailed to members. |
| Sept 1st | Renewals submitted by Sept 1st will be entered into drawing for Bitter Root Chapter Note Cards. The drawing will be held at the September Chapter Meeting. |
| Oct 1st | Membership Renewals due on or before October 15th. |
| Nov 1st | State Membership Dues Deadline. |
| Nov 1st | Dues paid after Nov 1st must at a $5 late fee. Resignations must be signed and returned before Nov. 1st. |
| Dec 1st | National Membership Dues Deadline. |
